Spence pleaded guilty in a fraud case earlier this year for soliciting individuals from December 2017 to April 2019 to invest in digital assets, including bitcoin and other ether.

Spence fraudulently solicited more than $5 million in digital assets, including bitcoin and ether, from 175 user accounts.

Spence was sentenced to 42 month imprisonment in May.
