A new legal structure was created in Krakow to create a Euroclear SA Branch. This allowed for the creation of a Tech Hub. Andrzej MIkolajczak is the branch manager of Euroclear SA. He will be working alongside the current Euroclear Bank Branch Manager, Stephane Bernard.

Recently, the company reported a strong Q1 2023 net profit of EUR 796 millions. Euroclear acquired Goji, a London-based provider for digital access and technology enabled solutions to private market, in December of last year.
