What made you join 4XC in the role of Chief Strategic Officer (CSO)?
Eduardo: Choosing to join 4XC came from a deep personal connection with Joao Monteiro, the company’s founder, and our shared vision. Our shared cultural background, which is a region of Portugal that we both come form, attracted me to the company. I’ve kept an eye on 4XC’s journey and growth, and I’ve always admired Joao’s forward-thinking leadership. The company’s potential for success was clear to me, and I wanted to be part of that journey.
What are your 4XC goals? How will you achieve your goals?
Eduardo: 4XC’s main goal is to transform the company from a simple broker to something more. I want it to become a brand that people will recognize. I know this is a big task in such a crowded market, but I’m determined to make it happen. I believe creating a product that stands out will be the key to us standing out from the crowd. If we can offer something that our customers really want, like competitive spreads similar to IC Markets or high leverage like Exness, we’ll be able to establish a unique identity. I think that strategic planning and an intimate understanding of the audience will be crucial to our success.
