Steve Smart is a former member of the National Crime Agency (NCA), and was the Intelligence director for the Executive Committee. This position allowed him to oversee a team that included over 2000 people. He has also worked in the private sector where he managed the establishment of an integrated intelligence and investigation unit within a large banking conglomerate.
