
Prior to Finalto, Groves started his career at NatWest Bank, before moving into the commodity market for two LME brokers – Brandeis and Gerald Metals, where gained his first experience in FX trading desks. He then built his career as a foreign exchange and gold trader with companies like Linnco Europe and ADM Investor Services.
Groves began his career in sales at CFH Clearing in early 2010. He later rose to the position of Head of European Sales. This role he held until the company was acquired by Finalto in 2019 and he remained in it.
